The Youth’s Dream Fulfilment Association (YDFA) is a powerful example of how a non-profit organisation can transform the lives of disadvantaged youth in Cambodia. Launched as the Dream Training Center on June 6, 2016, it was renamed Youth’s Dream Fulfilment on November 8, 2023. Since its inception, YDFA has provided free training and support to hundreds of young people, helping them break the cycle of poverty and secure meaningful employment.
YDFA’s programs meet the unique challenges faced by disadvantaged youth, many of whom lack the skills and opportunities needed for a better future. Through its intensive training program, YDFA equips them with the technical skills required to work in Cambodia’s rapidly growing hospitality industry. In addition to vocational training, the organization also teaches essential life skills such as financial literacy, negotiation, and leadership, ensuring students are prepared for long-term success
